Sync a folder between two windows servers Posted by khadirzavareh on May 19th, 2015 at 2:41 AM Solved Windows Server Hi. If youre running a Windows Virtual machine on the Mac it would be best to use the folder mirroring feature (Vmware) to mirror the Macs documents, desktops, etc. You could run a nightly rsync job and sync your files to an FTP server. If the user is logged into a Mac and a Windows computer (say, a Terminal Server) then changes to files wont be immediately propagated between platforms. Note: To use iCloud Drive on a Mac, open System Preferences > iCloud.
